Let the weight of D be 4 x Therefore, weight of E = D 2 = 4 x 2 = 2 x Similarly, weight of C = 3 E = 3 × 2 x = 6 x And, weight of B = C 2 = 6 x 2 = 3 x Therefore, weight of A = 2 B = 2 × 3 x = 6 x Thus, both A and C are the heaviest.
