Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) is a glycoproteins secreted from anterior lobe of pituitary. So, it is secreted in male and female both. In male, it stimulates spermatogenesis and development of seminiferous tubules and in female, it stimulates formation and growth of ovarian follicle in ovary.
