During DNA replication, super coiling is relaxed by DNA topoisomerase. These enzyme participate in the overwinding or underwinding of DNA. SSBPs are single strand binding proteins which stabilises the unwound parental DNA. Primase this enzyme synthesise RNA primer on DNA template to initiate DNA synthesis. RNA Polymerase enzyme helps in synthesis of new DNA strand during replication.
