Cell with 10 bivalents consists of 20 chromosomes, thus during anaphase I disjunction of chromosomes results in reduction of chromosome number to half as a result each cell after meiosis I will have 10 chromosomes. During anaphase II centromere splits and chromatids are separated. Thus at the end of anaphase II each cell consists of 10 chromosome with one chromatid.
