∵∵ Least count =MSD−VSD= MSD - VSD

and VSD=1920×MSDVSD = \dfrac{19}{20} \times MSD

=1920×5×10−4=4.75×10−4= \dfrac{19}{20} \times 5 \times {10}^{- 4} = 4.75 \times {10}^{- 4}
